Materials Solutions is one of a very few AS9100 rev B [Aerospace] and ISO9001 accredited suppliers of Additive Layer Manufactured (ALM) parts.

We are the only Rolls-Royce Plc approved manufacture of components by the application of lasers and metal powders and are also approved by Rolls-Royce Nuclear Sector-submarines, and others.

Well over 90% of what we do goes to aerospace customers and about 50% of our work is with N. American and European customers.

Materials Solutions employs the 123 Insight MRP/ERP production management software to implement  our strict quality procedures and provide immediate production/delivery information to our customers.
