Materials Solutions offers full manufacturing traceability

Materials Solutions now offers full manufacturing traceability utilising the data logging on its M270 systems and furnaces and Nadcap approved wire EDM removal of parts from build plates. Source metal powders are independently mill and chemically certified.

An ISO9001:2000 quality system is operated and full Certificates of Conformity can be issued if requested.

Materials Solutions heat treats all parts built in their M270 systems and has added full p.c. control and data logging to its furnaces to provide automatic process verification and quality assurance.
